Home Highlights.   For every home, there is a special feature, a special finish.   I get up close and personal, capturing all the finishes makes the home unique.  From cabinetry hardware to faucets and tiling, it’s all in the details.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Reel Video: $75 Vertically shot videos designed to promote a listing on Social Media, specifically Facebook and Instagram Reels.   These 20 - 30 second fast paced videos are perfect for garnering interest in a property and encouraging viewers to visit a detailed webpage or longer video on the home.  These videos can also be done for homes that are not advantaged by a full length video.

Virtual Staging: $48/image Get rid of that cold abandoned feeling at a fraction of the cost of traditional staging.

Floor Plans: $75 Include a digital floor plan showing the full layout of the home. Floor plans include total square footage as well as room dimensions. Additional charges for scanned areas greater then 5000sf.

Lifestyle Photos: $100 Take advantage of those amazing listings to shoot some lifestyle pictures.  A great way to get some social media content. Up to 4 photos included.

Virtual Twilight: $15/image  Let me give your listing some flair by turning one of your daytime exterior shots into a beautiful dusk setting. No need to wait for the perfect sunset.

Sky Replacement: $15/image All photography packages come with 1 blue sky replacement image. Take that cloudy day image and make it pop with a blue sky.

Drone Coverage:
Photos: $100 |
Photos & Video: $125 Experienced and fully compliant with Transport Canada regulations.  I will capture your home from the air.   This feature is especially valuable for estate homes, farms or to display your home’s proximity to water or other points of interest.

Object Removal:
$15 - $30/image: We are happy to include simple item removal free of charge. However, for those more elaborate projects my editors will seamlessly remove those items.
